Stand with nursing home residents and workers and tell your members of Congress to reject any efforts to prevent the implementation of the minimum staffing rule in nursing homes.

Contact your members of Congress to urge them to oppose bills that would significantly weaken training requirements for nurse aides in nursing homes.

In the coming days, the House of Representatives will be considering H.R. 7513, a bill that would prohibit federal regulators from ever creating rules about safe staffing in nursing homes. Send a letter to your member of Congress telling them to oppose this bill.

A provision to require at least one registered nurse 24 hours a day has been added to the four critical provisions included in the most recent version of the Build Back Better Act.  Contact your members of Congress to ensure all provisions will be included.
